Is there Wi-Fi connection?

Yes. WI-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas of the Villa.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes. Each room has hot and cold air conditioning.

Do you provide daily cleaning?

Yes. The staff cleans the villa, change sheets and towels every morning. The cleaning service is available between 10.00 and 15.00 (outside these hours there is an extra cost)

Do you have baby cots or beds for children?

Yes. Let us know how old your children are and we will arrange a baby cot or bed for them. Babysitting service is available on request.

Is there a minimum stay required?

During high season the villa is rented for weekly stays, Sat to Sat. In low season, and based on availability, we can evaluate shorter stays.

How does the kitchen service work?

The villa's chef will prepare your breakfast, which is included in the cost of the villa. The kitchen service is available for lunch or dinner upon reservation. Food and drink costs are excluded.

Are utility costs included in the rental cost?

The consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the price, as is final cleaning. Pool heating, if required, has an extra cost.
